AYSO Region 1161 Refund Policy
We understand there are a number of reasons for which a family needs to cancel a registration
Any player who withdraws from the program shall be entitled to the to a refund outlined below. Specific dates outlined below shall be adhered to in order to correctly respond and apply refund requests. Refunds must be requested in writing to the Registrar @ [email protected] or [email protected] .
1. Before the rosters are finalized on August 21st we will refund the entire fee less a $10 administrative fee.
2. Between the time the rosters are finalized on August 21st and the season begins on September 9th we will refund 50% of the fee.
3. Once the league season begins (September 9th) there will be no refunds.
